HABITUAL LIFESTYLE
Hey there, I'm Max Feilden, the founder of MaxStrength Fitness. Let me share with you how I got here.
Before MaxStrength Fitness, I worked in construction & undertook a degree in film & television. In 2010, I had to undergo two major leg surgeries and in 2015, my father passed away from cancer. These significant life events made me truly realise the importance of physical exercise in supporting one to be both physically and mentally strong. I believe (and read in research time and time again) that fitness and improved mental health really go hand in hand.
To help me restore my strength & increase my range of movement after my surgeries, I started researching fitness methods, reading books, attending seminars, & listening to podcasts. I discovered my passion for fitness & decided to take the leap to change my career and help others too.
I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to make fitness a habitual part of their lifestyle and my programs are designed to help you reach your full potential and live a happier, healthier life - physically and mentally.
After receiving so much from the fitness community, I decided to give back and start my own YouTube channel to share my workouts & experiences. This is what led to the development of the habitual program.

My purpose is to help you focus on your MaxStrength
I aim to provide guidance & a starting point for you to achieve your goals whether you’re just starting out, working on advanced skills or working towards a specific event/goal. All you need to do is harness the MaxStrength & get started.
